I don’t know about you, but I have a propensity to wear glum colors in the fall: gray, black, gray, black, maybe a pop of cranberry, gray, black…you get it. If part of your personal brand is to be vibrant or dynamic, definitely consider brightening up your wardrobe. Maybe leaf green isn’t your color, but small doses of a bright color judiciously placed can contribute to your co-workers’ perception of your strengths.
