I do NOT feel comfortable reprimanding other people’s children, it’s the parents’ business. HOWEVER, if the child is doing something that will cause something to break, or teasing an animal, something of this nature, then I WILL speak out if the child keeps doing it, with the parents seeing the behavior of the child, yet not giving a care.

I would if the child is family, but if not, I will try and tell the parent(s) what ‘Johnny’ did.

I disagree with the statement “It takes a village to raise a child.” It takes a village to help those stupid parents out there who do not know how to parent to begin with.
