My fiancee and I recently got engaged. As some friends and family have found out they have sent us congratulations cards. Is a thank you note required for these cards?
Dear Scott,
While thoughtful, a note is not necessary if you acknowledge the congratulations in person the next time you see the sender, or via a phone call or email. Just be sure to acknowledge them in some way.
If you haven’t purchased an Emily Post wedding title, I encourage you to do so; you’ll find them all very helpful in planning your big day.
